What your abstract will include:
- Current Deed information.
- Current owner Mortgage information.
- Current owner Judgement information.
- Current owner misc. liens of record.
- Current owner tax information including deliquencies.
- Plat information.
- Pending case information on current owners and buyers (if applicable).
- Easements, conditions, restrictions, covenants of record since current owner's deed.
- Copies of first, signature, notorial and legal description pages of documents currently in operation and executed since the current owner took title.
- If transaction is a sale, lien search on buyers will be performed.

- Bankruptcy search.
- Documents executed prior to the Current Owner's deed.
- Judgements or liens on prior owners.
- Easements, conditions, restrictions, covenants of record prior to current owners deed unless specified in said deed.
- Copies of documents executed prior to current owner's deed unless requested.
- Copies of plats and surveys unless requested.
